Our recent EU HTA Roundtables, held together with IQVIA, across the Nordic countries highlighted the transformative impact of the EU Joint Clinical Assessment (JCA) on the Nordic HTA and reimbursement processes.
In the Nordics, the implementation of the EU JCA brings several challenges and uncertainties. Concerns about how to optimally prepare, “wrong PICOs”, delays in patient access, and increased workload for local HTA bodies and access functions have been expressed in the Roundtable meetings.
Ready for the Nordics submissions?
The adaptation to the new processes will require substantial additional resources and close collaboration between global and local teams to develop an effective HTA strategy for the Nordic HTAs. The preparation also needs to be initiated much sooner than in today’s framework.
Navigating the complexities of the EU JCA can be daunting, but NHTA is here to guide you through the process.
We offer a free consultation session to help your company in addressing your unique challenges and optimise your HTA strategies. Our expertise and tailored support will ensure that your organisation is well-prepared for the upcoming changes and can leverage the benefits of the EU JCA effectively.
