]]> Finland’s Palko (Cohere) has started a new recommendation process in mantle cell lymphoma.

What happened

Palko (the council for choices in health care) has started preparing a recommendation on lisocabtagene maraleucel (Breyanzi) for the treatment of mantle cell lymphoma.

Process and evidence base

  • The recommendation is part of an indication expansion pilot.

  • The information base for the recommendation draws on a Fimea assessment statement completed in April 2026.

Planned timeline and consultations

  • A draft recommendation is expected in autumn 2026 and will be published for comments in the otakantaa.fi service.

  • The final recommendation is planned for later in autumn 2026.

  • Palko is also inviting early input during the preparation phase: comments can be sent by 15 May 2026.
